Occasionally teeth have to be removed due to infection, extensive decay, or fracture. In such cases Dr. Smith has had considerable experience with surgical tooth removal.
He monitored wisdom teeth removal in his service in the U.S. Air Force; he was in practice with Dr. Wilton Cogswell a local well known innovator of surgical techniques and has been doing dental surgical removal of teeth for many years. He uses oral sedation and Nitrous Oxide relaxation. In cases where I V anesthesia is required we are located immediately above AMOS a dental surgical specialty practice with whom we coordinate appointments.
